Founder

My name is Andy, I’ve been working out for over 15 years, starting my journey with boxing and MMA and then moving into building the body I always dreamt about. Through sport, I’ve learnt that anything is possible if you put in the work. Zero Sets Left is the way of sharing my vision and to encourage everyone to be the best version of themselves.

During my life, I’ve seen many people breaking down and being affected by difficult situations. In some of those cases, they only needed to hear “You can do this, you’re strong, you can do anything”. I’ve been there too, sometimes we only need that extra motivation in our life to overcome adversity or that extra push to achieve our goals. Some other times, we feel great and we just want to show the world what we are made of.
